HTTP server job failed during initialization. System resources not available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The HTTP server failed to allocate the required system resources during initialization. The initialization was not successful.
The system may be too busy.
Recovery . . . : Look for any previous messages in the job log that further isolate the problem. Wait for adequate system resources to become available. Then start the HTTP server again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The server attempted to create the initial pool context for the HTTP server job, but system resources were not available. The operation was not successful.
Adequate memory could not be allocated for the server job to start.
