HTTP Server waiting for address &2 port &1 to become available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The HTTP server is attempting to bind to address &2 on port &1, but the TCP interface or port is currently not available. The server is retrying the socket bind operation. The error number is &3. Error numbers and their meanings are:
- 3420: Port already in use
- 3421: TCP interface not available
The server will retry the bind operation every &5 seconds for up to &4 minutes. If the bind is still not successful after &4 minutes, the server will end all retry attempts and will fail to start.
Recovery . . . : This may be a normal message if the server is configured to automatically start during initial program load (IPL). If the TCP interface successfully starts during IPL, the server will recover automatically. Based upon the error number, perform the following recovery steps:
- 3420: Wait for port &1 to become available or choose a different port.
- 3421: Use the start TCP interface (STRTCPIFC) command to start the interface for address &2.
After performing the appropriate recovery, start the server again.
