HTTP server data collection program could not access user index &2/&1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The data collection program for HTTP server (powered by Apache) could not access user index &2/&1. Either no servers have been started since the product was installed, or there was a problem accessing the index. The data collection program will continue, but no performance data will be collected.
Recovery . . . : This may be a normal condition if there are no HTTP servers active. The user index will be created when a server is started. If there are active HTTP servers, check the job log for other messages describing the cause of the failure.
