Message : HTP80F1
HTTP server failed during FRCA initialization.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Fast Response Cache Accelerator (FRCA) create operation was not successful. The error number is &1.
Recovery . . . : Check previous messages in the QSYSOPR message queue regarding FRCA failure and check the LIC logs.
If the error number is a value other than 0, determine the meaning of error number and perform the appropriate recovery for that error.
Correct the errors and start the HTTP server again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error number (errno) &1 was received on the call to create the FRCA instance. To determine the meaning of the error number, do one of the following:
- Use DSPMSGD CPExxxx, where xxxx is the error number, to display an error message containing more information about this error number.
- Display one of the following files that contain descriptions of error numbers: QSYSINC/SYS, member ERRNO and QCLE/H, member ERRNO.
