File &1 is busy or not available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The HTTP server is attempting to open file &1, but the file is either busy or not available. The server is retrying the open operation every &3 seconds for up to &2 minutes. If the open is still not successful after &2 minutes, the logging job will end and logging to file &1 will not be done.
This error could result if:
1 - Another active HTTP server already has log file &1 open
2 - A save while active is being performed on the system
Recovery . . . :
1 - Configure a different log file name for this server or end the HTTP server that has log file &1 open
2 - Wait until the system save has completed After performing the appropriate recovery, start the server again.
