Proxy cache maintenance is not enabled.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Directives for proxy cache maintenance are specified however garbage collection is not enabled. Without garbage collection the proxy cache size may grow without bounds. The server will continue to start, however use of garbage collection is recommended to control proxy cache storage consumption.
Recovery . . . : To enable garbage collection, specify a collection time interval using directive &1 or a daily collection time using directive &2. Then restart the server.
