The Dav provider &1 is not known to the HTTP Server.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : WebDAV repository provider &1 was specified on the Dav directive but has not been loaded into the HTTP server.
Recovery . . . : Specify an existing provider on the directive, verify that it is loaded into the HTTP server, then start the server.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : On the Dav directive a provider of services may be specified. If it is not a provider that is known to the HTTP server, the server will not start. Refer to HTTP Server documentation for more details.
