ASF Tomcat server &1 did not start because of an authority error. Reason &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : ASF Tomcat server &1 failed to start because of reason &2. See the reasons below for a description of the error.
0 - Current user is not authorized to user profile &3 in the configuration. The signed on user must have *USE authority to the user profile.
1 - User profile &3 has special authority *ALLOBJ or is a member of a group profile with this authority. This authority is not allowed.
2 - User profile &3 has special authority *SECADM or is a member of a group profile with this authority. This authority is not allowed.
3 - Current user is not the user specified in the configuration.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
0 - See the security officer for *USE authority to user profile &3.
1 - Remove special authority *ALLOBJ from the user profile.
2 - Remove special authority *SECADM from the user profile.
3 - Use the STRTCPSVR or ENDTCPSVR command to start or end the server.
