Cause . . . . . : ASF Tomcat server &1 failed to end because of reason &2. See the following details for the error associated with each reason.
0 - Current user does not have *JOBCTL special authority. This authority is required to end a job.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
0 - Change the user profile to add *JOBCTL special authority.
