File description and actual file attributes incompatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &4 has been overridden or is program described, or is externally described but has been recreated since the program was compiled, and the file was created without the DDS keyword INDARA. This keyword is required, based on the program description of the file.
Recovery . . . : Either create the file again, with the DDS keyword INDARA, or remove the SI attribute from the ASSIGN clause for the file. Then create the program again.
