Cannot call QLRSETCE while error handler is responding to error in same run unit.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error-handling program was active when QLRSETCE (Set COBOL Error Handler) was called. You cannot assign an error handler to a COBOL run unit while an error handler is acting on its behalf.
Recovery . . . : Postpone the call to QLRSETCE until the error-handling program that is currently running has ended.
