Scope parameter value for &1 API is not valid. The API has not run successfully.

Cause . . . . . : &2 is not a valid value for the scope parameter. The value of this parameter must be an uppercase 'C' or 'P', where 'C' stands for current scope, and 'P' stands for pending scope.
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct value.
