Unable to call error handler &1 in library &2. See previous messages for the reason.

Cause . . . . . : An error handler was in place for the current COBOL run unit when an inquiry message was issued, but the error handler could not be called. The inquiry message was issued as if no error handler had been defined.
See previous messages in the job log for an explanation.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors listed in the job log.
