Cause . . . . . : You attempted to write records to the build information space by calling QLYWRTBI, or you attempted to read records from that space by calling QLYRDBI, but the space does not exist, or it was damaged or deleted.
Recovery . . . : Start the build request again and make sure that the space is created first by calling QLYSETS.
