GO TO statement &1 not altered.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The GO TO at statement &1 in program &2 in library &3 was never altered. A GO TO statement that has no branch target must be set by an ALTER statement before it can be run. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Provide a branch target for the GO TO statement or use an ALTER statement before running the GO TO statement.
