Key or keys not correct in START statement &3 for file &8.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The last key field specified in START statement &3 was reference modified; however, the starting position or the length of the reference modified key field was not correct. A starting position of &2 was expected; &1 was found. A maximum length of &9 was expected; &10 was found. Message issued at statement &3 of COBOL program &6 in program object &4 in library &5.
Recovery . . . : Change the starting position or the length of the reference modified key field. The starting position should be &2, and the maximum length of the key should be &9.
