Return code &6 received when locking mutex.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The mutex for the COBOL module &5 could not be locked. The attempt failed with return code &6. Message issued for COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : If the return code is 3419, it means that the limit was exceeded for the number of locks allowed for the mutex. This is likely caused by calling an exported recursive procedure too many times. If this level of recursion is required, change the exported procedure so that it calls another recursive procedure that is not exported.
