Load of sort sequence table caused program &2 in &3 to fail (C D F G).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The load of the sort sequence table failed. Probable causes are: (1) The table is damaged. (2) The table can not be found in the specified library. (3) The user is not allowed access to the specified table. (4) The table is locked by another job. (5) The specified library does not exist. (6) The user is not allowed access to the specified library.
Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Refer to the job log to determine the reason. Possible actions are: (1) For damaged tables and to get access to the tables and libraries, see the system administrator. (2) Correct the table and/or library name. (3) If the table is locked, wait for the other job to complete and try again.
Type a C if you do not want a dump, a D if you want a dump of the COBOL identifiers, or an F to dump both the COBOL identifiers and the file information.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- No dump is given.
D -- A dump of the COBOL identifiers is given.
F -- A dump of the COBOL identifiers and the file information is given
G -- To continue the program at the next MI instruction.
