Invalid characters in floating-point field &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value entered in the external or internal floating-point field has invalid characters. A floating-point field has the form +9(x).9(y)E+9(z). The '+' can be one of space, minus, or plus. The '9' represents a numeric digit in the range 0 through 9. The 'x', 'y', and 'z' represent the number of digits, where 'x' plus 'y' should be at least one. If an exponent is specified, then 'z' should be between one and three. The '.' is the valid decimal point character. Commas are allowed in between the digits of the mantissa. Examples of valid values are:
12
34.12
+34.12
+34.12E+23
