Cause . . . . . : The argument for intrinsic function &6 was less than 1 or greater than the number of positions in the program collating sequence. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the argument falls within the range of the program collating sequence.
