Duplicate key value in existing data space entry for unique key index.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to insert or to change an entry in a data space(data space number &5, ordinal number &6). The key of the new or the changed entry duplicates the key of an existing entry in data space (data space number &3, ordinal number &4). The unique key index &2 addresses both of the data spaces.
Recovery . . . : Correct the key value, and then try the request again.
