Duplicate key value in uncommitted data space entry.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to insert or to change an entry in a data space (data space number &5, ordinal number &6) over which a unique keyed index has been created. The data space entry has a key value identical to a key value that has been deleted or changed under commitment control, but is still reserved by the index. The insert or change cannot be done until the changes that are not committed are committed.
