A referential constraint was violated.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt has been made to change a data space entry such that a foreign or parent key constraint would be violated. For operations which delete a data space entry, a parent key would be deleted which had a corresponding equal key in a foreign key index. For operations which insert a data space entry, a foreign key would be inserted which did not have an equivalent parent key.
For update operations, a parent key value is changed that has a corresponding foreign key value or an updated foreign key value does not have a matching parent key.
The dependent data space is &1. The parent data space is &2. The reason code was &3. The reason code meanings are
0001 - Violation due to operation on parent data space;
0002 - Violation due to operation on dependent data space;
0003 - Violation due to constraint activation.
The rule type that was violated is &4 where 0001 indicates a restrict rule violation and 0002 indicates that no action rule was violated.
The constraint identifier is &6.
The number of errors found is &7. The error descriptions are &8.
