Requested machine data collection function not valid

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested function cannot be performed because of error code &1. The error codes and their meanings follow:
0001 -- The start data collection function was requested for a category which was already active.
0002 -- The stop data collection function was requested for a category which was not active.
0003 -- The process that requested to stop the data collection was not the process that started the data collection for that category.
0004 -- The specified byte stream file was being used to collect data for a different category.
0005 -- The specified byte stream file cannot be mapped.
0006 -- The specified maximum data size is not greater than the current size of the data.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
