D-Code instruction not valid.

Cause . . . . . : The Debug Interpreter (DBGINT) MI instruction detected an error in a D-Code instruction. The D-Code instruction is &2. The D-Code instruction index is &3, which is the value of the program counter (PC) register when the exception occurred. The error is indicated by &4 with the following meanings: 1 - D-Code operator, 2 - Type operand, 3 - Label operand, 4 - Reference operand, 5 - Constant operand, 6 - Invocation delta operand, 7 - Function operand, 8 - Conversion operand.
If the reference field is in error, the type of error is &5 with the following meanings: 0 - No reference error, 1 - Type field, 2 - Identifier field, 3 - Storage class field, 4 - Invocation delta field, 5 - Decimal attribute error.
If the constant field is in error, the type of error is &6 with the following meanings: 0 - No error, 1 - Type field, 2 - Cardinal field, 3 - Integer field, 4 - Character, 5 - Real, 6 - Enumeration, 7 - String
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
