Object not available. Reason code is &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to reference an object failed because the independent ASP &2, with Logical Unit Descriptor &1, on which the object resides (or formerly resided if the object has been destroyed) is not in the varied-on or active state. The object is not available for one of the following reasons:
0 -- Independent ASP state is not varied-on/active.
1 -- Independent ASP state is not active but there was an object reference that is only allowed for an active Independent ASP.
