Static data initialized to address of automatic data.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because an initialization table entry is not valid. The static data cannot be initialized to the address of automatic data.
Recovery . . . : There is a problem in the compiler. Report this problem to the supplier of the compiler.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The index of the initialization table entry that is not valid is &1, the initialization table entry is &2, and the offset to the initialization table entry is &4 bytes. The dictionary index for the data object in static storage is &5, the dictionary entry is &6, and the offset to the dictionary entry is &8 bytes. The dictionary index for the data object in automatic storage is &9, the dictionary entry is &10, and the offset to the dictionary entry is &12 bytes. The VLIC log note ID is &13.
