Initial value for static storage not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because an initialization table entry is not valid. Static data is initialized, but the initial value is not valid.
Recovery . . . : There is a problem in the compiler. Report this problem to the supplier of the compiler.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &1. The index of the initialization table entry that is not valid is &2, the initialization table entry is &3, and the offset to the initialization table entry is &5 bytes. The LIC log note ID is &6.
