Alias table entry not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because the alias table contains an entry that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : There is a problem in the compiler. Report this problem to the supplier of the compiler.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &1. The alias table entry that is not valid is &2, and the offset to the alias table entry is &4 bytes. The LIC log note ID is &5.
