Size of constants exceeds maximum.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object was not created because an internal system limit was reached. Not enough space was available to add a constant within a procedure.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the number or size of constants within the procedure.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The current size of all constants is &1 bytes. The maximum size of all constants is &2 bytes. The size of the constant to add is &3 bytes. The dictionary index for the constant is &4, the dictionary entry is &5, and the offset to the dictionary entry is &7 bytes. The dictionary index for the procedure is &8, the dictionary entry is &9, and the offset to the dictionary entry is &11 bytes. The LIC log note ID is &12.
