Journal violation. Return code is &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operation could not be performed because a journal rule was violated or a journal resource was exhausted. The journal port is &1. The object referenced is &2. Return codes and their meanings follow:
Hex 01 -- Journaling may not be started for an object capable of generating journal entries larger than 16 megabytes unless the journal port's attributes have been modified to make it eligible to request the creation of very large segments. This journal port/journal space pair do not have that attribute.
Hex 02 -- A journal port is not allowed to enter standby mode while commit cycles associated with objects journaled to this port are still open.
Hex 03 -- The specified index with international components for unicode (ICU) or field procedure or encoded vector created with INCLUDE clause is too complex to be protected by journaling. Neither a Start Journal (JRNLOBJ) request nor SMAPP protection will be honored for this index. The index has CLOB, BLOB or DBCLOB field references that make the corresponding delayed maintenance log associated with the index unable to handle raw key field inputs as wide or complex as those associated with this index during index recovery processing.
Hex 04 -- An attempt to end journaling of a data space was requested while a commit cycle incorporating that data space was still active. The data space did not end journaling.
