Operation on object &1 not valid under commitment control.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object &1 is currently under commitment control. The operation requested on or through object &1 is not supported under commitment control. Another possible cause for this message is that the operation was requested in a job which has multiple threads active and a different thread, thread &2, has a secondary commit cycle active for this commit transaction. Since no additional commitment control activity can be started for a given commit transaction when a different thread has a secondary commit cycle active, this operation which is running under the same commit transaction cannot be performed at the same time as the operation currently being performed by thread &2.
