Cursor cannot be within text block.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a block of text to move or copy, but the target location you specified for the move or copy is also within this block of text. The move or copy location must be some place other than the specified block. If you received this message while moving text within a tab area other than a left tab, the text was copied to the new location but also remains in the original location.
Recovery . . . : Move the cursor so that it is not within the copy or move text block, or off the page end line and try the operation again. If you received this message while moving text within a tab area other than a left tab, go back and delete the moved text from the original location.
