The user dictionary &9 does not exist

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user dictionary &9 in library &4 does not exist. You have asked to use this dictionary by answering Yes to have your user dictionary automatically searched when perfoming spell functions. The option is accepted and the dictionary will be used when it is created.
Recovery . . . : Create the dictionary by doing one of the following. Add a word to the dictionary using the add word function and then exit the editor or use the CRTSPADCT command. You may also prevent this message by answering No to the option which includes the user dictionary for spell functions.
