All pages have headers, continue to replace.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Headers on all pages was already selected for the format you are revising. The text editor does not allow a heading for every page and an even/odd header for the same format. If an even/odd header is created, it will replace the header on all pages.
Recovery . . . : If you do not want to lose the headers on all pages for this format, either exit the display, or choose another option. If you took a fast path directly into an even/odd header edit session, press F3 (Exit) without typing any text. If you continue into an even/odd header edit session, headers on all pages are deleted.
