Maximum form field entries exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The document that you requested this function for has exceeded the maximum allowable entries of 5000. Each entry is determined by a form field instruction with one of the following values set. The form field has validity checking active, the form field is a required field, the form field only allows numeric data entry, or the form field has an identifier.
Recovery . . . : Try again using a document that contains less than 5000 form fields that meet the above conditions, or contact your administrator to change the number of instructions that fit this description.
