Unexpected return code &1 received from program &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During user exit program form field processing for either prompting or validation, an unexpected return code &1 was returned to OV/400 while processing the form field id &4.
Recovery . . . : Correct the user exit program and retry operation.
