Cause . . . . . : The user ID you specified is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Correct the user ID using the following rules. The user ID must be 1-10 characters. The first character must be A-Z, Æ, Ø, or Å. The rest of the characters can be A-Z, 0-9, Ø, Æ, Å, or _.
