Cause . . . . . : Documents cannot be created, nor can document details be changed when Journal QAOSDIAJRN in Library QUSRSYS is locked.
Recovery . . . : Determine which process has the object locked (WRKOBJLCK command) and end that job (ENDJOB command), or wait until it no longer holds the lock on the object. Then try the request again.
