Cause . . . . . : When the document name is specified on the footnote instruction display, the folder name must also be specified.
Recovery . . . : Either leave both the document and folder names blank or specify the folder that contains the document you want to work with. To see a list of folders or documents, move the cursor on the Folder name prompt or Document name prompt and press F4.
