File or directory handle is no longer valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The handle refers to file or directory &2 opened on optical volume &1 which has since been removed from the optical device. The handle will not be allowed for any operations other than close.
Recovery . . . : Close the file or directory. If you do not explicitly issue a close, it will be closed for you when the process ends. To access file or directory &2 you must add volume &1 into an optical device, open the file or directory, then retry the operation using the new handle.
