Directory in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made to access directory &2 on optical volume &1 but the directory is in use by another job.
Recovery . . . : Enter the Display Optical Locks (DSPOPTLCK) CL command specifying TYPE(*DIR) VOL(&1) PATH(&2) to determine what jobs are using the directory. If no jobs are shown the directory could be in use by an Integrated File System job. The DSPOPTLCK CL command is not able to show directories that are in use by Integrated File System jobs. Wait for the other jobs to complete the operation and then try the request again.
