Held optical file support is not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Held optical file support has been disabled. When held optical file support is disabled optical files will not become held if there is an error during close file processing. All error recovery is left to the application program.
Recovery . . . : No response is required. If you wish, you can enable held optical file support by using the Change Optical Attributes (CHGOPTA) CL command.
