Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An open for write operation found an existing file named &2 on volume &1 with an expiration date greater than the current system date.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different file name or use the Initialize Optical (INZOPT) CL command to re-initialize the volume, then try the request again.
