Optical volume not found or not useable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error accessing optical volume &2 because of reason code &3. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - The optical cartridge containing volume &2 could not be located in optical device &1. If the device is a media library device, it is possible that the cartridge could have been removed through means other than the Remove Optical Cartridge (RMVOPTCTG) CL command.
02 - The optical volume index is incorrect or updates to the volume index are in progress.
03 - The operation is not allowed because the volume format can not be determined. The only valid operation to this volume is to remove it from the optical device.
Recovery . . . : If the reason code is 01 or 02, retry the operation. If the error continues, do the following then try the request again.
1. If &1 is a CD-ROM, DVD, or virtual device, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary off and on the device.
2. If &1 is a media library device, rebuild the optical index database for device &1 by issuing: RCLOPT MLB(&1) OPTION(*SYNC).
If the reason code is 03, remove the cartridge containing volume &2 using the Remove Optical Cartridge (RMVOPTCTG) CL command. Add the cartridge again using the Add Optical Cartridge (ADDOPTCTG) CL command. If this does not resolve the problem the volume may be damaged or contains an unknown format.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Extended status for the error is &4.
