Message : OPT1350
Write operation failed to optical volume &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The write operation failed to optical volume &1. The reason code is &3.
01 - Volume &1 or device &2 needs to be cleaned.
02 - Volume &1 is out of spare sectors.
03 - Volume &1 is out of spare sectors.
04 - Volume &1 is out of spare sectors.
05 - Volume &1 is recordable media. Recordable media can only be written using the Duplicate Optical (DUPOPT) CL command. *CD-R, *CD-RW, *DVD-R, *DVD+R, *DVD-RW and *DVD+RW are examples of recordable media.
06 - A Duplicate Optical (DUPOPT) request was made where the target volume has already been recorded.
07 - A Duplicate Optical (DUPOPT) request was made where the target volume has already been recorded.
Recovery . . . : The reason codes and recovery actions are as follows:
01 - Clean the drive and media as instructed in cleaning kit P/N 19P0489 and try the operation again.
02 - Writing to the volume will not be allowed until the volume is reinitialized. If the volume data is no longer needed, reinitialize the volume using the Initialize Optical (INZOPT) CL command.
03 - No recovery - media is read only.
04 - The media has been marked read only. Writing to the volume will not be allowed until the volume is reinitialized. If the volume data is no longer needed, reinitialize the volume using the Initialize Optical (INZOPT) CL command with CLEAR(*YES). This operation will take several hours.
05 - *ERASE and *WORM media are examples of media that can be written. Try the request to a media type that can be written.
06 - When duplicating to a *CD-R, *DVD-R or *DVD+R media, the target volume cannot already be recorded. These types of recordable media can only be recorded once. Unrecorded media of type *CD-R, *DVD-R, or *DVD+R can be used as the target volume. Also recordable media of type *CD-RW, *DVD-RW or *DVD+RW can be used as the target media even if it was previously recorded.
07 - When duplicating to a *CD-RW, *DVD-RW or *DVD+RW media, if the target volume is already recorded you must specify CLEAR(*YES) to overwrite existing data. Either specify CLEAR(*YES) or use an unrecorded target volume.
