Media directory corrupted on optical volume &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation failed due to a corrupted media directory on optical volume &1. Some files and directories may not be accessible. Writing to the volume may not be allowed without first re-initializing the volume.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. If the error continues, attempt to copy the desired files to another optical volume.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &2.
