Optical volume &1 already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The reason code is &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - An attempt was made to add this volume into an optical device or optical library device, but this name is already used by another volume.
02 - An attempt was made to rename a volume to this name which is already used by another volume.
03 - An attempt was made to initialize a volume to this name which is already used by another volume.
04 - An attempt was made to convert an optical backup volume to this volume name. This volume name cannot be used because the name is already used by another volume.
Recovery . . . : The recovery for the reason codes are as follows:
01 - Either rename or remove the existing volume. Then try the operation again.
02 - Try the operation again using a different volume name.
03 - Try the operation again using a different volume name.
04 - Try the operation again using a different volume name, rename the existing volume, or remove the existing volume from the optical device.
