Duplicate volume directory has been lost on volume &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A media error occurred on optical volume &1 causing one of the two duplicate volume directories on the volume to be lost. If the one remaining volume directory is damaged in the future the volume will become unreadable.
Recovery . . . : The volume is currently in a usable condition although one of two copies of the volume directory information has been lost. If continued access to this volume's data is required, the data should be copied to another volume and that volume should be used instead.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &2.
