Directory index rebuilt for optical volume &1.

Cause . . . . . : The Optical Directory Index (QAMOPVR) was rebuilt for optical volume &1 during the Add Optical Cartridge request. One of the following occurred:
- An ADDOPTCTG command was issued specifying DIR(*YES).
- An ADDOPTCTG command was issued specifying DIR(*NO) but volume &1 was not a *REMOVED volume. DIR(*NO) is only valid on ADDOPTCTG when the volume is *REMOVED, otherwise the command will default to DIR(*YES). A volume can be maintained as *REMOVED by specifying VOLOPT(*KEEP) on the Remove Optical Cartridge (RMVOPTCTG) command.
